Bulls Advertise for Manager and Assistant Manager
AFC Mansfield are looking to recruit a Manager and Assistant Manager for the First Team.
Due to a change in personal circumstances the current Manager will be unavailable most weekends from November and the Assistant Manager will also step a-side to give the new management team the freedom to make their own mark on the team.
AFC Mansfield is about creating opportunities for young players to play Step 5 football and it is closely linked to the NEFA Academy, who have provided numerous players for the first team this season, who have equipped themselves well to Step 5 football. This relationship will still be in place should the incoming management team wish to continue it.
The club’s ethos is to build a sustainable football club with the remit this season of staying in the United Counties Premier Division.
We are looking for candidates who have a good knowledge of football, can deliver engaging coaching sessions, have contacts in the game to assist with any future recruitment needs and lead the team moving forward. Although, UEFA coaching qualifications are a nice to have, we are looking to speak to enthusiastic Managers / Coaches who have a desire to progress individually in the game and in turn help the club prosper.
